TICKETS

Tickets may be used throughout the entire event. i.e. you don't have to tour all houses in one day you may split them up.

General Admission Online: $12.00 Adults and 12 Years Old and UP (Save $3 by purchasing your ticket online!)

WHAT DO I BRING TO SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE?
Once your payment has been received you should be able to print the confirmation page or save it to your phone. You may show this to the first house you tour.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CONFIRMTATION EMAIL FOR MY TICKETS?
Your confirmation will come to the email address provided - please search all your email folders including spam, trash, promotional, other for this confirmation email. If you cannot find the email please email Stephenie at accounting@bialouisville.com as soon as possible.
ARE CHILDREN FREE?
Children Under 12 are free with a paying adult
All children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult
CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE THE DURING THE SHOW?
Tickets can be purchased online AT ANYTIME - this will save you $3.00. If you purchase online, be sure to keep the confirmation email. Show the email to the first house you attend. From there, you'll receive a printed ticket to take with you next house. Your ticket will be validated/checked off at each house.
Make sure to check your Spam or for Gmail your Marketing Folders for your confirmation.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds. All sales are final.
MILITARY DISCOUNT
Active and retired military free with ID at the door. (This does not apply to family members.)
PARKING
Parking is all street/neighborhood parking. Please be mindful of not blocking driveways, fire hydrants etc.
All persons assume all risks for parking their vehicle including but not limited to theft, damage to their vehicle, and/or their person.
IS HANDICAPPED PARKING AVAILABLE?
No, since all parking is street/neighborhood parking.
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY
Due to the nature of the show sites, the homes themselves are not easily accessible to those with mobility issues.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED:
No strollers allowed in houses.
No food or drinks allowed in houses.
No outside alcohol or food allowed on premise.
No pets or animals allowed on site unless they are certified service animals.
No umbrellas are allowed in the houses.
RAIN
Event will be held rain or shine. Attendees may bring umbrellas but will be asked to leave them outside each home.

Tickets are a revocable license to the bearer only and may be revoked at any time for any reason. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. This includes the possibility of exposure to and illness from disease, including but not limited to Covid-19. Holder voluntarily agrees that management, participants, homeowner, and all their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released by holder for any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued. Management is not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at the event for which this ticket grants admission. Time, date, and location of event are subject to change. This ticket will not be replaced, refunded, exchanged for any reason. Shipping, handling, and service charges are non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled.
